*Each wind mitigation and 4-Point inspection must be done together or each inspection must be least one year apart. (For example, if your homeowners insurance agent/insurance company, requests both the wind mitigation and 4-Point inspections be completed together, a customer cannot schedule one 4-point inspection/or wind mitigation inspection on a separate date within a year. Moreover, schedule the other inspection a few days later or several months later. They must be done together or at least one year apart. This is a one-time use voucher that will expire in 6 years from the date in which it was issued.
